Lovely camping close to the river under big trees and a lawn with own bathroom and kitchen facilities. Enjoyed the restuarant area and the boat trips. Good for birding.

The Lodge is a bit outside of Katima Mulilo, but right on the riverside. The room was spacious and the attached kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Big shower and separate toilet. So the cottages have all the basics you need. Albertina was great, she was all alone on the next day, nobody at the reception and a gardener helping her in the kitchen. WiFi was okay, but not very strong. Car parking is not a problem, the area is pretty big. Just about 200m walk to the river from our cottage, but no chairs there to enjoy the view.

Kubu cabin was beautiful, with uninterrupted views of the river and a huge deck to enjoy it from. Personal touches in the room were appreciated, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Staff were welcoming and the swimming pool in the river makes for a memorable afternoon.

High quality room with kitchenette. The location, a little out of town, is so tranquil. Viewing platform looking over the Zambezi gives a lovely view of the river with Namibia 500m away on the distance. Breakfast was good and the chef produced some excellent evening meals. Many thanks to the staff who went the extra mile to sort out a shared taxi for my journey on to Kasane.

The location is excellent, next to the river, under the cover of trees, accompanied by scores of singing birds. Staff and host super friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The food from the kitchen was very delicious and fresh. Very child friendly too.

What a great location with a great room to match. The outdoor kitchen area was perfect, all of the staff were fantastic, and we loved our boat trip around the island. The birdlife around the rooms was amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Let me say everything was on point. Mr William has an affectionate feel at home welcome, assistance was exceptional. The sight of the river and the structures blew my mind. Well equiped kitchen and available braai stand. My family really enjoyed themselves with so much space to relax. Its a home away from home.
