He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. Well located in city center. Just stayed one night and has no time to explore the spa or other hotel facilities. Breakfast is very good

No issues with check in and check out. A lot of amenities - like floor heating in the bathroom, loaded Instax camera, ear plugs, bottles for multiple use, phone chargers, tv with Chromecast. Easy communication wth the host- replies within minutes. Nice location - near by river, subway, pubs and a groceries store.
