The apartment was according to the description. Big enough for my travel group of 4. I liked that there were plenty of nice, clean and soft towels and we got some extra bed sheets. There were detergent capsules available for the washing machine. The host was very attentive, he contacted us before arrival and provided full information about check-in, parking lot, nearby shops. I did not contact him during my stay, as i did not need to, things worked as expected.

We had a wonderful experience in the apartment, everything is in perfect condition, 5-star hotel equipment (sheets, beds, pillows, soap, shampoo, balm, hair dryer, etc.) Kitchen has everything you need and everything is very clean. 3 televisions, living room with very comfortable sofa beds. The terrace borders the entire apartment. Below there is a very complete supermarket and an exquisite pizzeria. The location is fantastic, 15 minutes walk from the old city, 10 minutes walk to excellent restaurants and mall The attention and communication with the owner was excellent. I recommend it 100% and of course I would return without hesitation to stay here

The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to transportation. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and quite, thanks to double glazing windows. The customer service is excellent, they keep in touch regularly and answer quickly to any question. A complimentary bottle of wine, and plenty of quality tea and coffee capsules, were provided. Plenty of towels and bedding were left. Wi-Fi worked well. Having a washing machine and dryer is a great bonus!

The location is fine and the bedroom was perfect -cozy, big, with coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishes and cutlery-. But what really makes this hotel an extraordinary experience is the family that runs it. Alon and his wife made us feel like if we were home, they prepared us some sandwiches and fruits to take during the days that we couldn’t have the breakfast in the hotel. They gave us the best tips to enjoy the neighborhood and the city, they even gave us towels to take to the Dead Sea. The only day that we could enjoy the breakfast with the other guests we were surprised, not only because it was delicious but for the care with which it was prepared and served. Amazing family and amazing hotel!

The self check-in is amazing, it is very convenient for us to get the key at anytime. The owner also provided lots of assistance and suggestions when travelling in Jerusalem. They also provide very good kitchen wares and washing machine. It is a very good stay.
