An older property but looked after very well. Trevor welcomed us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had. We spent two nights and wished we had more time.Paihia is a quaint and beautiful little town in the Bay of Islands. The motel was within very easy walking distance of the town with several resort choose from. The included breakfast was phenomenal and served right to our door right at the chosen time. We highly recommend Paihia Star Motel for value and a wonderful stay. It was well appointed, clean and friendly and the beds most comfortable! Thank you Trevor!!!

These north-facing apartments feature beautiful sea views looking out across the Bay of Islands. All units have heating and TV. All units are fully self-contained and include cooking facilities. The location the view from the room the cleanliness are great. The suite is perfect for a couple. The daily room clean up service is exceptional. Would recommend it to our friends without hesitation.

Just 450 metres from Kororareka Bay, Bellrock Lodge offers studios with a private balcony and lovely bay and town views. The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

A great place to spend some time in Paihia. It's just about a 5 minute walk to downtown yet, far enough away to be woken to great birdsong every morning. Marilyn was very great with communication and very friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was large for just the 2 of us and had a kitchen allowing us to cook a couple of meals. While we didn't really take advantage of the deck, it provided great views up the hill and down, out to the water over the town. Great all around stay!
