Spacious well equipped rooms with a mix of modern and vintage furnishing that worked well together. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfy with quality linen. Located in a village which had a local café and village shop, with the friendly villagers happy to spend time chatting and being very tolerant of my terrible Portuguese. The room included breakfast which the local café provided, which we decided to take back to the accommodation, was massive with a whole loaf, big pot of Jam, a roll of local cheese, whole tub of butter and a bag of apples. Lots of outdoor space and a pool too.

Offering city views, Casa Calmaria Beja is an accommodation situated in Beja, 200 metres from Carmo Church and 800 metres from Castelo de Beja. The property is around 300 metres from Beja Regional Museum, 9.1 km from Represa and 9.1 km from São Matias. The apartment has private entrance. I loved how welcoming Rita was. She made sure we had everything we needed and when I needed a couple extra nights they were able to accommodate me. The stove worked extremely well no waiting or run down. The shower was huge the bathroom was spotless the heat kept you nice and toasty. Everything is literally within waking distance from the apartment. I promise you will not be disappointed if you stay here and it's super cheap for the quality and location.
