It was a very nice stay, the hotel is located close to the mountain paths which is great. The atmosphere there is very ‘homely’ - guests have an unlimited access to tea, coffee and soda. We also had chance to use bubble pool, sauna and ping pong table. The personnel is very helpful and nice, I really recommend such hotel.

We lived in this beautiful apartment with the whole family in mid-May. I join the previous positive reviews, and I also want to add information that is very valuable in my opinion. By the way, I didn’t find this in the description of the room, so I consider it as a pleasant surprise)). In the whole house, this apartment has the best location, as there is a picturesque view from all the windows. Balcony overlooking the waterfall!! It's amazing. Drinking coffee while looking at the waterfall. Definitely recommend!

On arrival we were delighted with the "Easter lamb" (a traditional local sweet) on the table, festive decorations and the wine offer. The location of the apartment is excellent, at the entrance to Karlova Studánka, right by the bus stop. On the ground floor of the Hubertus apartment complex is a newly opened quality design cafe offering a wide selection of desserts, including gluten-free. Access to the garage, the complex and the apartment itself is convenient, to code. Definitely recommended.

Very well located guesthouse, close to the center of Karlova Studanka and yet in a very quiet place. Good base for hiking to Praded. Parking place for each room is a great advantage. The common space includes a kitchen and dining room on each floor (in our case for three rooms), what is very convenient. Rooms are cozy, equipped simply, but sufficiently. A good offer for such price. The neighbourhood is beautifull.
