The place was really nice, newbuild. It was an apartment above another one where the owner lived. He was very helpful and offered a ride to our destination. The flat was comfortable and clean, with soundproof windows. It was equipped with all the necessary things. We stayed there two nights. Having huge amount of trips using booking I would say that is literally my best experience ever in case of big families. We had 5 adults, 4 kids and a dog. I don't want to go deep in details. Just go and try, absolute winner for me personally.
