Each room comes equipped with a microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, microfibre duvets in winter and allergy-free blankets in summer. All rooms are air-conditioned and some rooms feature a spa bath.

We have been travelling around NSW for the past few months- this was by far the best value for money stay we have experienced! Huge room, super clean and tidy, friendly service and great location. You can tell that everyone that works there has pride in what they do and we really appreciated it. If ever in Dubbo we will definitely stay here again. Great for couples, professionals or solo travelers.

We stayed in the three bedroom house. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for our stay. Location was great, yummy cafes close by for breakfast. Ample parking for 2 vehicles right outside the back door plus extra spaces in the street in the front.

A beautiful location, away from it all but only a short drive from town. The cellar and surrounding gardens were delightful and had everything we needed for a relaxing, self-catered break. The kids especially loved being able to use the fire pit in the evenings, and being adopted by the farm cat. The host, Tracey, was very helpful and friendly.

The property was located in a dodgy area but we didn't have any issues. The welcome treats were a nice touch, and the kids enjoyed the box of toys that were available inside the house. The property did not have a 'hot tub' but instead a 'spa bath' which the kids enjoyed but there was no bubble bath as advertised.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and polite. Had peace and quiet in my room (was great with the spa to relax in) with lots of space, complimentary tea and biscuits plus extra blankets with also great working heater. Felt welcomed back warmly as have stayed here before, they make good customer relationship that make you want to stay again.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen with a decent size frig and two beds. We always travel and provide our own breakfast, so was ideal for us. Loved the guest laundry and clothes line, as we needed to do a decent load of washing after travelling for a while. Staff were helpful and friendly. Short walk into town over the bridge.
