Excellent service including after hours transfer to our room from the Accommodation Transfer Service point. Beautiful facilities - lovely indoor pool area, sauna and spa, open late which was great after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was included and was delicious!

Best trips since2019. I'm a regular skier and instructor. And I am usually in the mountain over the weekend. So fa the best spa and most valuable accommodation I had for the last couple of years. The spa and view was fantastic and we were given late check out o Sunday. Welcome breakfast pack is very generous and nice. The place was spacey, clean and quiet as well.

Excellent filling breakfast, able to ski from front door down to the chair lift, wonderful sitting in the outside spa while it was snowing, hot sauna great after a big day skiing, hearty dinner, really relaxing sitting in comfy chairs by the fire in the lounge chatting to other guests, friendly helpful staff, lovely balcony with views of snow covered trees, the village and distant mountains.

With good reason this hotel is best boutique ski hotel in Australia. It was quite possibly one of the best hotel stays we've ever had - and we've travelled extensively. The property itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need for a skiing holiday - locker/drying room, spa, sauna, pool and day spa. The restaurant was also excellent, as were the staff. Rarely does a place get every aspect right, but Astra does - which is what made our stay so special. We'll be back.

Had a great stay at Kareila Lodge. Jerry upgraded us to a family room, and had plenty of room us. Room was comfortable. Had a lovely hot breakfast every morning, staff were fabulous. Two of us are vegetarians, had the vegetarian pasta, with a to die for plate of salad, was very nice. Hope to be back after lockdown. The hot spa was a wonderful place to relax and after a day on the snow fields.

This place is next level! From pick up in the over snow to the level of luxury in the rooms. Most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced. Location is close to lifts although they will give you a ride anyway and after skiing the hot tub and sauna are soooo good. Even down to the room key being in the form of a wrist band these guys have thought of everything! Make sure to book restaurant as covid restrictions do apply to numbers as with anywhere
