Our trip to Bilbao was absolutely magical- truly the best vacation we’ve ever had. And this was so much due to the staff at Hotel Miró. They were incredible. They were so responsive, helped us arrange car trips and a babysitter, and genuinely took care of us whenever we needed anything. We had a family room package and the staff even arranged for some toys for our toddler in the room. I’ve never met a more caring, cohesive staff. This is clearly due to stellar management. Rubén, Esther, Gorka, Bryan, Mamen, they were like family to us. We want to go back just to stay at this gem of a hotel. We genuinely did not want to leave. We are so grateful for the kindness and love these people showed us. The location of this hotel is the best in Bilbao. It is across the street from a gorgeous park with an outdoor little cafe and the famous Guggenheim museum. We walked everywhere. It is indisputably the best hotel in Bilbao.

Zigor at checkin was particularly helpful in advising some places for dinner on the first evening and locations for breakfast in case we didn’t want to eat in the hotel.

Especially the breakfast was fantastic, a wide variety of items to eat and drink and all of excellent quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room was also great, spacious and clean. The staff gave excellent suggestions for visiting the centre of the city with public transport, which allowed us to leave the car at the hotel.
