The place was so clean ! The complex is also very clean and tidy. Nice and quiet and relaxing, pool area clean and quiet. Just perfect. 2 bedrooms so perfect for me and my mum, great cooking facilities, terrace & living space. When we first arrived we were greeted, and our room was upgraded. The views are amazing and also the spa. Break, lunch and dinner was served every day, but we only did the breakfast. Pool was a little to cold for me, but my husband jump in with no problem. It’s a small town about 17 min walk from the hotel that had a lot of different shops and restaurants. Over all the stay was great and we are planning to return in the summer.

i gotta start wirh the food, which is amazing!! I had beakfasts and dinner and the buffet is exceptional! My room in Royal Level was spacious, luxury and comfy! I was welcomed by champaign and macarons. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pools are clean and well maintained, drinks at the bar have very reasonable prices.

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect and smooth. All the staff was polite and nice. Thank you to the beautiful lady Nuria at reception, she was super helpful and quick. She is maximum skilled and has an answer to every question. We had breakfast and dinner included. We were amazed at the quality and quantity of it. Everything was delicious and fresh! The hotel itself is quiet with nice, chilled music. Our room was clean and light. The swimming pool isn't big but clean and tidy, nice and calm poolside with free towels. 10 out of 10! From sisters, Anna and Diana.

The apartment is super well equipped with everything for cooking, cleaning, doing the laundry and it also comes with plenty of toiletries. The area is very quiet, a little out of the way from the main attractions but no further than a 15 minutes car trip. The view of the sea is beautiful although there are no beaches nearby and you'd need to drive towards Los Cristianos to find sandy beaches or La Tejita in the opposite direction.
