We were on our honeymoon in Tenerife and for us, Puerto de la Cruz and the hotel were the best choices. The staff, especially at the reception and at the restaurant are really nice and helpful people. The food, for us, at breakfast and dinner was great, nice variety and good taste. The views are great and there is not too crowded at the pools, which is also great.

Everything was wonderful, from the location itself, the view from the room (which was spectacular) to the kindness of the personal. The room was always very clean and the breakfast exceptional, very diverse. I would definitely like to come back. 😃

Everything was excelent,the personal, facilities, location. The extra 100 Euro for the sea view room from the 14th floor were very well spent, since the ocean view is gorgeous. We liked very much the shows in the evening, the food was also great. For this price, with half board included, I don’t think you can get a better deal on the island, so good job to everyone. Special greetings to the dancer and entertainer girl :)

The location was perfect! Very close to natural pools and restaurants Breakfast is excellent and dinner perfect The hotel is set in a perfect central location on the beachfront. We had the most spectacular sea view from our balcony. double rooms- nice pool area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in every area of the hotel. Kitchen ist well equipped so you can take care of yourself and the spacious dining and living room allow to spread out even in a bigger group of 6. Each bedroom has his own bathroom. Internet connection was fast and stable. The villa is in a small suburb of puerto de la cruz, halfway up the hill to la orotava, so it's quite a walk into town (~20 min) or to the next bus stop, therefore you need a rental car.

We decided to treat ourselves with two nights in this hotel and it was exactly as pampering as I hoped. Enormous comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice small swimming pool and sauna. Delicious breakfast choices. With a view of Teide on top. Really charming place. If you are not familiar with the concept of “Paradores”, I recommend reading something about it online. Our room was very spacious and quiet and we had our own roof terrace which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they recommended the Parada Bar/Restaurant for dinner which was great in terms of location, food, service and value). The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's roof terrace provided fantastic views from the sea to the volcano.

Wonderful location (well, at the top of a steep walk but overall close to town centre, the sea and the mountains, plus La Orotava is really a Jewel). Easy check-in, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Showers are spacious and with hot water, amazing terrace as common area. At the time I went, once a week the staff prepares an amazing BBQ for a small contribution for all the guests! We went out at night to watch the stars and some of our party climbed up Teide as far as the chair lift down. This invoked collecting packed meals early morn8bg which were good. The food was interesting and Spanish in style rather th pan international food. The breakfast t was very good and those of us who weren’t climbing enjoyed a relaxed start to the day.

The apartment consists of a large bedroom + living room with kitchen area + spacious bathroom. Outside is a furnished terrace (table + chairs), and you can use the entire garden - with other guests, if present - that offers a nice swimming pool and a barbecue that is free to be used. There is also an area for sauna, massage and fitness that can be used for extra payment.
