Everything was wonderful, from the location itself, the view from the room (which was spectacular) to the kindness of the personal. The room was always very clean and the breakfast exceptional, very diverse. I would definitely like to come back. 😃

The location was perfect! Very close to natural pools and restaurants Breakfast is excellent and dinner perfect The hotel is set in a perfect central location on the beachfront. We had the most spectacular sea view from our balcony. double rooms- nice pool area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in every area of the hotel. We were on our honeymoon in Tenerife and for us, Puerto de la Cruz and the hotel were the best choices. The staff, especially at the reception and at the restaurant are really nice and helpful people. The food, for us, at breakfast and dinner was great, nice variety and good taste. The views are great and there is not too crowded at the pools, which is also great.

Everything was excelent,the personal, facilities, location. The extra 100 Euro for the sea view room from the 14th floor were very well spent, since the ocean view is gorgeous. We liked very much the shows in the evening, the food was also great. For this price, with half board included, I don’t think you can get a better deal on the island, so good job to everyone. Special greetings to the dancer and entertainer girl :)

The pool is spacious, quiet and we never had any issues finding a sunbed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked drain which was fixed instantly when I mentioned it.

The senior managers (owners?) came around in the evening and at breakfast to check we were OK. The garden is amazing for this northern European. Cactuses and any number of colourful plants beautifully laid out in a number of separate spaces. The view from the swimming pool area of Puerto del la Cruz is stunning. The hotel is situated opposite a pleasant park in a relaxed area of Puerto. Alberto's bar round the corner for evening drinks and a pizza with a view of the sunset.StephenYoung couple

Room and bathroom were OK, clean and quite spacious. Our balcony was above the hotel's kitchen, so we didn't spend much time there :D The area by the pool was really nice tough, it was great to relax there (good and affordable drinks in the pool bar!)

The pool was lovely and deep and lots of sun loungers. The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception, restaurant, pool bar and pool towel rental and in the spa. I got a wonderful relaxing massage from Jennifer. Highly recommend the massages, great value and a gorgeous sea view from the spa. Great location near restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was lovely, a big selection, especially the fresh pancakes.
