Amazing views, super attentive and friendly staff, high level of cleanliness across all facilities, a great experience overall! We were travelling with our 1.5 years old daughter and everyone has been always very keen to accommodate our special menu requests, they brought us a super nice cot for her in the room. The location is a bit far from the center, about 20 min walk, but it's definitely worth staying a bit afar. We had no trouble with parking, which is usually a nightmare in Seville, and we also had a shopping center with a small playground for kids nearby, which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again!

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

Location was perfect. A close walk to Triana as well as Santa Cruz district and Plaza de España. We were in Seville for 3 days and were able to walk everywhere except the train station (the EA bus line is very easy to navigate to get to the station and airport). The apartment felt clean, modern, and fresh while maintaining a bit of old charm. It felt and looked exactly like the pictures. It should be noted that it’s a two story unit with stairs - not a negative but for those with handicaps or have trouble with stairs it may be difficult. Bed was comfortable and firm, shower was spacious, and the clothes washer was nice.
