The property was everything that you see on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of light, the bathroom has a good size and the bed and linen is very good. Plenty of towels and pillows, all the brochures you need to inform you of what to do in the area, it has its own parking space, it is close to the centre and the supermarket (Mercadona). Marta is a great, lovely host.

On arrival, when checking in, the Manager kindly upgraded our room, which didn’t disappoint us, as it was excellent. All the staff in the hotel, including reception, are extremely pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here many times, and for us, it is the only and best choice where to stay when visiting Vielha. Cozy inn with fantastic staff. We had a two story room with two twin beds on second floor and a large double on main floor which was great for 3 adults. Wonderful room with a country feel. The staff are incredible speaking many languages.
