Loved everything about this property. The room was very spacious, clean, and have a beautiful view of the backyard which was stunning. We had access to the backyard so it was really nice to sit outside and chill. Bathroom was big, clean and had a jacuzzi tub and hot water was available at all times. This property has a nice lobby, but I suppose the reception is not available 24 hours. We had booked our breakfast in the hotel and I must say breakfast was very good with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the restaurant window is mesmerising. Staff was very courteous indeed.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to help us and make our stay very pleasant. Our suite was beautifully decorated and the grounds are lovely (especially love your peonies)!

Overall, everything was perfect. The room was large enough, the supplies were sufficient, and the service staff were very kind and tried their best to meet all our needs during our stay. I have to mention Charlie, he is seriously the funniest person I have ever met in the UK. The hot tub should be the biggest feature of this hotel. My wife and I enjoyed it for three whole days and were very satisfied. The price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel is located in the middle of the two towns of Bowness and Windermere, and it is very convenient to walk to both towns. In any case, I will definitely recommend this hotel next time I come to the Lake District, or if my friends want to travel to the Lake District.

Very lovely owner Mr Rich his family, spotlessly clean and tidy room, comfortable beds, excellent location, walking and midway between the city center and the lake. Very quite and calm area. The offsite Health Club was a good bonus with a walk a cross fabulous areas.The breakfast was excellent and you don’t need any meal after it throughout the day. You feel like you are at your own house.

Staff are friendly, with a glass of prosecco on arrival (mulled wine at Christmas time). Rooms are really nice and clean (have only stayed in rooms with a hot tub). The hot tub on the balcony is good to relax in if that's what you like or you can go round the town which is only a 5 minute walk away. The best part is the pub/spa. All the luxuries of a spa but with the addition of a bar. Breakfast in the morning is really nice too.

I liked the little gifts of products left by the maids on the bed. The breakfast was very tasty and catered for everyone. All rooms such as the cocktail bar and lounge were lovely to sit in. The bar was relaxing. The spa had a lot of facilities such as steam & saunas and had a very calming atmosphere. I liked the little basket in the room to use for the spa!
