Great location, just off the main promenade, and a few mins walk up the hill from the bus stop. Great communication from hotel about room type and early checkin. Gave us a spacious corner room with view down to the prom and the sea, with sofa to relax after a busy day. Lovely sunny room. Manx breakfast freshly cooked plus help yourself cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice. Traditional hotel and friendly staff. Would stay here again 😊

The Key/Entrance system really worked, it was a first for me not to check in or meet anyone for a hand over but I have to say Bravo very clear instructions, it all worked perfect. The room was big, spacious and fully equipped with everything to relax, enjoy my take away pizza from just down the Harbour & self caterer for the breakfast provided in the fridge. Very gorgeous Breakfast left for me! I like the No dogs policy as I am allergic so that's a huge bonus to me that you don't allow them in the guest rooms

The staff were really friendly and welcoming even though we arrived very early. They picked us up from the airport, which was convenient. The golf course was in a great condition. The spa was super clean and pool a good size. I had a massage, which was very relaxing. Breakfast was included and had everything you could want. We ate in the bar and the food was very good, and not over-priced. Our room was large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, this is a great hotel for a relaxing break.

The breakfast was more than adequate with fresh fruit and local produce Sail Lofts were conveniently situated near to the bus station and steam train. The view from the window was great - looking over the harbour. Plenty of space to relax, clean bright kitchen, large shower and toilet. Bath robes providing a little luxury. Coffee machine a bonus. Safety light at night. Laundry with tumble dryer. We were able to leave our cases in a safe place as we had a late flight. Fast free WiFi.
