Room was amazing, we got a room with a bath tub and it was worth it! It was all very clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were also so kind, it was my 30th birthday and they all went above and beyond to make it special. The outdoor pool is heated and very warm and lovely bonus to use, nice to have the sun loungers too. We are breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were delicious, especially the french onion soup. All staff were amazing.

Stayed in one of the lodges, which was exactly what we expected - a quiet, spacious, standalone unit a short walk from the main hotel building. Clean, good furnishings, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Staff were friendly and welcoming, gave all the information we wanted for the spa area. Pool and saunas were as expected, a perfect break.

It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt truly luxurious and the surroundings are exceptionally beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was wonderful. The spa was especially good; I spent several hours swimming and relaxing there. I booked my trip for an overnight relaxation break and that is exactly what I got! It was all fantastic: the fresh coffee in the bedroom, the Elemis products supplied for guests, all the thought that had clearly gone into making the hotel as welcoming as possible.
