Room was good with a decent shower in the bathroom comfortable bed and decent enough view over the port (weather was terrible but I’m sure on a clear day it’d be a nice place to sit and have a drink!) made use of complimentary access to the spa with 2 jacuzzis a steam room sauna and chill out room all very pleasant! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful when needed.

The Manager goes an extra mile and was accessible throughout our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel area inside is spacious and relaxing. The seating area outside is beautiful with a well maintained garden. There are a lot of options for breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights rest. Definitely would book again.

Pool was a nice temperature with lovely sauna. We went on a day trip to Sark and the hotel arranged a lift back to the hotel free of charge.
