Outside areas were generally clean and the gym was useful when we used it. The room was spacious with a good size tv and the shower area was also enjoyable. Breakfast had a variety of different options both hot and cold. The hot breakfast was nice and the areas were nice to sit in. We also liked there was a lift down towards the harbour which is really useful instead of walking from the top of the hill. When we did have issues, the manager dealt with these immediately and effectively.

Reception staff very polite and helpful from when we arrived until we left. Hotel porter offered us help with our luggage and explained the parking in the hotel garage. The lady who cleaned our room asked us if we would like anything replaced. Staff at breakfast very attentive.

There is a large garden with many plants, a heated swimming pool in the garden and spa massage and beauty services. The freshly cooked breakfast was exceptional and the host accommodated my needs for an early check out. I won’t be booking anywhere else when I visit this area. Free parking and the cleanliness of the place was also a plus. Exceptional value.

I have stayed at many spa hotels and this was the best. Narrow pool, but that was perfectly good enough. The saunas and steam room etc where brilliant. A selection of jacuzzies. All in good working order. Outside poole and sitting area too. Lovely. Breakfast was outstanding, as was all the food served. It was the staff that really made the hotel. Very attentive and friendly.
