Location is perfect - the hotel is on the beautiful beach, and on other side it the nice street of Platanias with various tourist shops and restorants. Food is not very special, but very fresh and many and some of the dishes are organic. SPA was just amazing , refreshing , beautiful and very relaxing. Sauna is perfect. The spa therapeutics were very care and professional. The hotel territory just amazing and very beautiful.

we loved everything about it. it was quiet and very well connected to other beaches. it also had lots of leisure activities and restaurants. firstly we want to thank Jimmy and Maria who have been like family to us. we will never forget them and our stay here. they were so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need AC , TV and kitchen utensils and wifi if needed . It is also very quiet and walking distance from the beach. Platanias has everything you need from car rental to supermarkets and restaurants. it’s a lovely town. The apartment has a parking as well. you will not regret staying here. I totally recommend the location and the place. Jimmy and Maria, again thank you for everything and for making us feel like home. We will miss you!

The spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

The Host did everything to make our stay the best as possible, the location was really nice! we were 9 friends who stayed together and it was nice to not be in the middle of everything because we came late home most nights, really easy to book a taxi or order food to the villa, most restaurants close by knows the villa and the where the location is. The house was clean and big, the swimming pool was amazing, we used it everyday. And if in doubt we talked to our host, she helped us alot and reccommended great restaurants and we would like to say that we all gained a fiend after our stay thank you so much

Great price/quality ratio. Staff extremely kind, supportive and friendly. We took half board, and both the breakfast and the dinner were great, tasty food, wide assortments to choose from, probably something for everyone. There are three big swimming pools and few kids' pools on the property, own beach with free access to sunbeds and towels. The place is very clean and well maintained. Chania is at 30 minutes bus ride. We will come back over the next years; till now we went four times in Chania area, second time to Platanias.

The stuff of the hotel was very friendly and ready to serve you, the hotel has very nice surroundings area with many pools, the room we had was very beautiful, large enough with a nice front sea view. Thank you very much for everything.

Everything was amazing! The staff was beyond I have ever experienced, ready to help you in any way. The pool was amazing, and the hotel is right next to the beach. I really loved everything, and the breakfast has plenty of choices to satisfy everyone! Would highly recommend!

Lovely pools with all facilities. Pools for adults only and others for families. Excellent and abundance of choice of breakfast. The Spa was an additional bonus for all the family. Very relaxing stay. Very helpful staff. And the resort is surrounded by other restaurants qhich aee obly a walking distance from the resort. The resort does have a 2 storey restaurant with super sea views too, and it also has several bars.
