Excellent customer.service and friendly staff. Concierge staff was especially personable, helpful, and friendly. The hotel breakfast was top notch, with many food choices. Really liked the glass atrium and outdoor patio. Great way to start the day. Breakfast and evening dinner buffet exceeded expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the back out curtains. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Parking was easy. Overall the proprietor maintains a high standard and attention to detail.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the old town, the room was comfortable and had a view over the beach. The breakfast was excellent and great variety. Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel.

Everything about Villa Lapis was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would want - good-sized, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, towels, utility room with washing machine and dryer, well-furbished kitchen with everything that you could need, large living room with super comfortable settees, great pool and patio area with comfortable sun beds and beach towels provided. Good WiFi and all the TV streaming services. Large parking space. Very clean. The owner was there to meet us and showed us around. Also bought basic provisions for us as it was a bank holiday when we arrived which was a great touch. A very delicious homemade cake was waiting for us. She was extremely helpful throughout the week helping us with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She also came to see us when we left. Top service. The location was good too - only 2 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk into the town of Otis which was lovely. Loads of activities to do in the area - zip wire, white water rafting, jet skis, ATV tours, river cruises and only 45 minutes from Split to get the boat trips to the islands.

Nice touches like sauna, heated bathroom floor, incredible views from balcony, Netflix, well stocked kitchen, washer with detergent, comfy linens. Can you tell me loved it? I would recommend to any friend of mine. Thank you for offering such a high quality rental.
