We decided to treat ourselves and stay at Maslina for 2 nights of our Croatian vacation and we certainly did not regret it! Everything was exceptional, the staff was wonderful and their service was phenomenal, additionally the pool area was something out of this world. We stayed there 1 week before the closed the resort so it was very quiet and relaxing which was just what we needed. They even had resort cats, do I need to say more? 🐈 🐱 They offer a free shuttle to Stari Grad (nearby, small super cute town) which is super handy, or you can rent their bikes for free which are very astatic tree bikes.

Ewa and Dragan are the perfect hosts. The property was as lovely as the pictures show, but it is the warm, friendly welcome and the fact that nothing is too much trouble, which makes this a special stay. Not only did Dragan collect us from the ferry port, but also kindly took the time to show us many of the local beaches and was on hand to drop us to different places and pick us up. The villa is a home from home. There is everything (and more) that you might need (washing machine and tabs, dishwasher and tabs, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels for swimming and in the bathrooms, hairdryers and a coffee machine with lovely coffee provided). The villa is ideal for a large family group as the accommodation is set out to provide privacy. There are also plenty of little seating areas (some in the shade and some not), meaning that everyone can spend as much time as they want together or apart. A lovely place to stay!

We loved the villa! Fabulous rooms, gorgeous bed linen, amazing views, and surrounded by olive groves! There are 3 restaurants in the harbour, a little bakery and great swimming, plus lots of rock climbing too. Vilma, our host was exceptional. She guided us and helped us with car hire, trips, recommendations etc...She was very patient with us, as we were always deciding things last minute (too many chiefs). They have created an incredible place to stay, and we would highly recommend it. We will have to go back, as we didn't get round to trying their home made olive oil!
