The campsite itself had a very cool, relaxed vibe. The facilities were all very clean and comfortable. The campsite had a small shop and bar. Breakfast was available but there was also a communal kitchen and BBQ area for self-catering. The bell tents were very spacious and very comfortable. Night time was a real experience, with the nocturnal animals - foxes, wolves, etc. - providing a memorable soundtrack!

I spent my time hiking, reading and just relaxing at the bonfire (which is amazing!) There were a lot of families and groups who enjoyed a few days away from the city. There are many hikes around. Hitchhiking is very easy. The breakfast is outstanding and the other food served is food as well.
