We stayed in Hotel Gries eight nights and truly enjoyed a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the personnel of the hotel. Amazing and helpful receptionists who advised us about the slopes, Sella Ronda route, local restaurants, wine and helped me to treat the injured knee. Food was excellent - we were looking forward to dinner experience every single evening. Also, SPA facilities were good, but had to be pre-booked. At the arrival we were offered a very small room, but luckily we could change it to a spacious one. The room was cozy and clean with the renovated bathroom. Although the room was located close to the elevator, we did not experience any noise.

A great hotel, with great location for skiing, a few minutes walk to the gondola. Big and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, a lot of space to sit around in the lobby. Really nice and helpful staff! Beautiful spa with great sauna!

The woman who runs this place is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and it's in a perfect location. Would stay here again for sure!!!

The location is excellent, 5 mins from Canazei center (where plenty of activities are available). The hospitality is great !!! The staff fulfilled each and every of our ask (including "sight-seeing" of the washing machine for our son :)). Many thanks !!! The breakfast is excellent and diverse! Could have been more fresh vegetables (but maybe it is too much to ask from North of Italy?). The spa is great, quite, clean and beautiful. The pool is very good (might be a bit hotter). The jacuzzi is spacious and amazing too.

Amazing hotel! Should definitely be 4 starts, not 3! I was very happy I booked it, we had a wonderful time! - Rooms are modern, especially by the alps standards. Not very big but more than enough for a comfortable stay - Huge balcony with a breathtaking view - Great SPA - it’s a separate building (like 15 meters from the hotel) with a big outside pool & separate jacuzzi, 4 saunas and a very nice relax area inside. It’s very beautiful, the saunas have huge windows facing the nature, the lounge has soft loungers, and you can also have some tea and apples there. Honestly, the SPA alone is worth booking this hotel. - Individual ski lockers - Very tasty 6 (!) course dinner! It’s an unusual concept cause you don’t choose your meals: there is a buffet with some starters and then they serve you 5 dishes (different every day). You can skip some of them, or you can ask for an alternative if you don’t eat something (I saw them serving vegetarian options for some guests). Everything was delicious! - Very nice and friendly staff - 3 minutes from the Ski lift and 1 minute from the bus stop if you need to go to another Canazei lift! Perfect location - they also serve some free snacks (pastry’s) and tea / hot chocolate at 4:30pm, which is a nice bonus

Amazing tirolean design, cleanness, friendly staff
