There are 2 flight of steps. The 1st up is where the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are and another flight of steps up there is a spacious living room complete with everything and also the terrace with it. Very nice room indeed to relax, watch tv, kitchen with all you need. 1 minute walk and you will be in the center where you will find restaurants, bars, mini market etc etc.

It is very peaceful and charming with stunning views. The gardens and pool are very, very well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are simple but again well maintained and spotless. Vincenzo couldn’t have been more hospitable. It is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break.

It is advised for a couple only, maybe one kid, as the space and cutting of the apartment is very small. Marina di Ragusa is strategically positioned in the middle of nice areas (Punta Secca for Sunset & Montalbano house, Scicli and Modica) to visit when you are not soaking into the clean and calm sea.

Because it is quite small it feels very private and relaxing. The staff is very sympathic, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too, espacially if you like sweets like me. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and sea view.
