The pool and the view onto the lake were exceptional. The location is fantastic, less than 50 meters from the entrance into the old town. And, it has parking, which is almost imposible to find on the street because of the popularity of the town.

It was in the old town so you can drive right through the castle. Staff were very attentive and friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Love the gardens.

The breakfast was fantastic and the piece de resistance was the complimentary spa. Really recommend this hotel, in the most stunning location inside the castle walls, a slice of luxury whether just for one night or longer.

Very attentive staff who helped with any queries. Loved the bar deck area, had quite a few drinks there just relaxing and watching the happenings on the lake, pure joy. I loved the restaurant, crisp white linen, silver cutlery, everything was of a classic and beautiful standard. The gardens and outdoor space are very pretty and well maintained with a wonderful selection of plants. Spending time around the pool was very peaceful and relaxing. The spa and the facilities are outstanding. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional and their multi lingual skills were much appreciated and admired.
