Lovely property! Really comfortable beds and great amenities in the room. The decor is lovely. Nice big bath tub and shower. Two pools, a gym and a massive open space with benches and hammocks to enjoy. Very clean. Love the fridge which has free soft drinks and water for guests. Everything you need is available. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

The room we had was King bed with city view. My daughter loved the room very much. Unfortunately, she was taken ill the night we arrived. We had to ask for help and extra items from reception eg information of getting medical assistance if necessary, asking for extra bottles of drinking water etc. Staff were very quick and obliging. As for the food, we had room service because of my daughter being unwell. She truly loved your kids fish and chips which she said was the best she had ever tasted! We ordered the fish and chips twice within 24 hours. We'd like to commend all staff who were so helpful and very courteous. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

the ocean wing was spectacular! the staff were fairly familiar with dietary needs (gluten free specifically) and accommodated well. the staff also gave us a to-go breakfast box because we had to check out before the delicious breakfast. the ocean wing is well worth booking, it felt less busy than the other wing. loads of activities to keep any traveler busy.
