good location for day trips, not too far from centre of Ponta Delgada. room was very comfortable, the bed was huge. I loved the cookies that they left every day. restaurant - unbelievable food, especially the tasting menu. so much choice at breakfast too. nice spa, although not very big so only went a couple of times.

Hotel was really amazing! I am travelling a lot and this hotel gets easily in my top 5. The appartments are very big with all necessary utilities, the pool and spa are great and breakfast is amazing. Also the employees are more than great and extremly helpful. I have sleeping problems sometimes but I slept like a baby at the this hotel.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in the Azores. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and super clean, and included cot bed for our toddler. Onsite facilities were good including kid room. Restaurant food was good quality and well presented, both for dinner and breakfast. Bar was really nice and service excellent. Heated pool in the banana house was great! My partner used the spa and was very impressed with the massage she received. Also able to take the bus into Ponta Delgada, bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Quick journey and very cheap cost.
