Booking.com sold twin bed room in a lower price but the manager provided a king size-bed room at no coat. More importantly, the manager herself was very attentive to a special healt-related request, and she was so kind to follow-up the situation at the check-out. It is possible to add more insights on positives, but it can all be summarized in the efficient management style and the well-chosen educated front-desk staff.
