The staff was very friendly and mr.Serhat the Relations Supervisor was very helpful with all our needs especially that he arranged to have wine and sweets in our room as it was our anniversary ! Everything was amazing A beautiful clean,cozy and relaxing hotel .the view was perfect! The staff is so helpful and very kind! Special thanks to serma from guest relations, we had a small problem with the room and she made sure we had a good time, upgraded our room and every day asked how the stay was and how she could improve our experience at the hotel. We were with children, the children had a great time even though there are no slides but there is a pool and large grassy area for playing and a snooker table, we didn't have to run after them in a huge hotel and look for them among dozens of children, Everything was close. We will definitely be back
