Ultra-modern indulgences are a must including their spa which boasts a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and heated outside hot tub swimming pool with unbroken views of the valley.. Cherry the receptionist, who was endlessly cheerful and helpful and even carried our cases up to our bedroom. The spa is lovely, though the sauna could be a bit hotter. The breakfast is just amazing. And far too much for a mere mortal. I really wish we could have stayed longer.

It is located 3.5 km from Bath Spa Train Station and offers private check-in and check-out. The property is non-smoking and is set 3.3 km from The Roman Baths. The space was immaculate, with new fixtures and features and lots of thoughtful touches, like milk and OJ in the fridge. The family who host the space were very friendly. Comfortable beds, great for families.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Beautiful apartment, wonderfully decorated and clean, with all the facilities you could need. I think it’s a good distance out of town, quiet but not too far out. It took us 20-30 mins to walk (but I am six months pregnant so a little slower than the average!). Host was great and took time to meet us and explain things to us. It was the perfect amount of space for three of us, and was nice to relax in it in the evenings! We didn’t use the little courtyard garden but was lovely to look out on it in the mornings. We had a great girly weekend away thank you.

The property has city and quiet street views, and is 800 metres from The Roman Baths. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bath Abbey. Great accommodation, great location, and great communication from Nigel. He was most helpful.

The spacious holiday home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with city views. The holiday home also provides a seating area, washing machine and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath. The accommodation offers a fireplace. We had such a comfortable stay at the Paragon Townhouse. As a group of eight girls celebrating our friend’s hen party, we chose the Paragon due to its proximity to the centre, size, charm, and welcoming hosts that were willing to accommodate. The location is amazing and a short walk away from all the action, with a small convenience store about a two minute walk away and a large Waitrose around five minutes down the road. Alternatively, we chose to book an Asda shopping delivery ahead of time, which was delivered to our door on our arrival. The hosts were very accommodating and in contact before our stay to ask about bed preferences (you can choose to have the rooms made up with single or double beds) and what colour milk we’d like for teas and coffees. On arrival, we found the house was stocked up with plenty of tea bags, coffee, biscuits, Prosecco, florentines, Easter eggs - you name it. Such gorgeous little treats from lovely hosts. The town house has many floors, with each room charmingly decorated, including many original features - which are an adorable touch. The kitchen is very well equipped, with just about every appliance, pot, pan and kitchen tool you could ever name. The Paragon is a perfect home away from home, close to amazing restaurants if you choose to venture out or perfectly set up for a dinner party or games night with friends if you prefer to stay in. All of the rooms were made up with pristine linens and the comfiest fluffy duvets, pillows, and mattresses. Everyone mentioned how well they slept. There were plenty of towels and toiletries in each bathroom, and just the right amount of showers and mirrors to keep a group of nine girls satisfied! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Paragon Townhouse, and would recommend to any group of friends or family looking to make their stay in Bath special.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. Easy to get to and park, very helpful host, enormous size of the apartment, bright and sparkling clean. Met all my requirements. Tea and coffee in the kitchen, a mini fridge, and even salt and pepper, cooking oil and pots and baking trays, I didn’t cook but everything was so thoughtfully prepared. Comfortable sofas in the lounge and a selection of books! Quite a place to curl up in the evening with a cuppa.
