Breakfast best meal and better service. Enjoyed being served at the table rather than a buffet. Spa facilities extremely clean. Relax room nice touches with refreshments and yummy donuts! Loved the different areas and the interior design of the hotel. A wonderfully soft comfortable bed and pillows!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Andrea was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were lovely, beds were very comfy and more than enough space. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of items available. The bar area is nice and relaxing. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We'll definitely be going back when in Bristol next.

Location excellent near the shops. Lots of sockets and the table space was sufficient to do any lab top work. Pleasant staff. Very helpful with booking of the cab. Breakfast was downstairs and it was a subdued environment in colour. Pleasant staff member. Food was satisfactory. Overall I had a pleasant and relaxing time.

Room comfortable and spacious. Restaurant pleasant and informal. Pool and gym small but welcome addition that made stay great value and relaxing. Late checkout gave time to explore pool and sauna.

Modern, luxury, clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Inviting bar/lounge area. Breakfast buffet was good quality food with lots of choice. Great central location, short walking distance from restaurants, bars, harbour side, uni and the shopping complex.

Very spacious property with everything you would need for your stay, not to mention the luxury extras such as the hot tub and sauna. A very well equipped kitchen makes hosting so easy.
