Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

The 4-star Mercure Birmingham West Hotel is perfectly located; just 5 miles from Birmingham City Centre being the perfect base to explore Birmingham and its surrounding areas. Great Hotel Close to the Festival we went to just a 10 min walk which was fantastic definitely stay here again

On the outskirts of Coventry and with easy access to the area's major roads and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), the hotel has its own 18-hole golf course and 20-metre indoor pool. It was a beautiful stay ❤️

In 5 acres of peaceful grounds, 3 miles from Wolverhampton city centre, this beautifully preserved Georgian mansion offers free parking and superb leisure facilities, including an indoor pool. The receptionist was extremely lovely and the room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and great decor. The lady on the bar was also incredibly helpful and very friendly ☺️
