We are frequent travelers and we’ve never experienced such exceptional service as in this hotel. The property is stunning and has so much history and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Fantastic service from start to finish we were upgraded to a suite! Which was fabulous

It's been the place I stayed at when I arrived and the day or two before I left Birmingham. Great staff, great rooms, fab breakfast, and an all round very comfortable stay.... I've now left UK to return home, Dubai, so my standards are high and this hotel is up there.... Thanks for some great times.

Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

The 4-star Mercure Birmingham West Hotel is perfectly located; just 5 miles from Birmingham City Centre being the perfect base to explore Birmingham and its surrounding areas. Clean ,polite staff,shame had to pay parking.. Good breakfast

On the outskirts of Coventry and with easy access to the area's major roads and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), the hotel has its own 18-hole golf course and 20-metre indoor pool. It was a beautiful stay ❤️

In 5 acres of peaceful grounds, 3 miles from Wolverhampton city centre, this beautifully preserved Georgian mansion offers free parking and superb leisure facilities, including an indoor pool. The receptionist was extremely lovely and the room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and great decor. The lady on the bar was also incredibly helpful and very friendly ☺️
