The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

I recommend not to miss out the privilege of the nice location and good treat and hospitality of guest and their employees. They are super kind and very cooperative. Latterly, it was a very nice and comfortable stay, for me I would come back again.
