Royal Spa Hotel 2 stars

Lisdoonvarna

In the centre of Lisdoonvarna, the small, family-run Royal Spa Hotel is at the gateway to Ireland’s National Park, the Burren. It is located 10 km from the coast, for trips to the Cliffs of Moher or the Aran Islands. The hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and attractions such as Doolin, Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the place is absolutely spotless! The room is spacious abs gas everything you need. It has a very comfortable bed and a great shower also. The breakfast was very tasty too and plenty of options available! Extremely happy with our stay, especially given the price point which was very good for somewhere so close to all the local attractions!

Lady Gregory Hotel, Leisure Club & Beauty Rooms 3 stars

Gort

The Lady Gregory Hotel is close to Coole Park Gardens and offers full Irish breakfasts, a restaurant, and a bar. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the Swan Leisure Club which includes an 18-metre swimming pool. Everything you need, better price and you get nice pools, steam sauna, lots of people to meet and they have and awesome pub and dining hall for breakfast was beautiful. Would love to see it with real copper plates behind the wood working. Nice rooms, large and clean , nice views from the 2nd floor., east, I think. The beds are typical hardish, nothing you can do, that's hotel mattresses I've come to expect across Europe. Lots of potential to be an amazing Christmas magic destination if they took advantage of this amazing property. It needs updating and more events for everyone.
