Overlooks tea plantations. Bed was massive and room was lovely and spacious.

It had been a dream of mine to stay at Tea Trails since 2019 and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent hotel with absolutely high-end service. The staff (Jana, Dilima, Milan, Nadon, Siva, among others) were super friendly and left no wishes unfulfilled. Anything less than a 10.0 rating won't do it justice. Would love to come back at some point! The rooms and the hotel itself are very new and classy at the same time. It was definitely by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip.

We got a personal number of one of the employees and he answered all of our questions in a minute. The food court was unbelievable and rich, the stuff was amazing. There is an indoor swimming pool and a kids area - just perfect. We would love to recommend it to anyone.

Laundry services are available. this hotel is must see if you are travelling in Nuwara-Eliya. Heritage building with a great history, beautifull interiors, old photos in holls, hidden bar rooms etc... we spent couple of hours to explore the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and one of manager even made a small excursion for us while we were waiting. Welcome hot soup was what we needed cz at night is quite chilly outside. The restaurant was pretty delisious and our servant Antony made our dinner even better.

The hotel grounds and staff were amazing. They looked after your every need. Adjusted food for my son who has dietary requirements. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and also includes a playground for children. We were short on time but managed to undertake the tea picking activity. Such great fun and informative too. Jeyanthi was sooo nice. Her, the chefs and waiting staff were also very informative on the food available and the history of the area, the tea produced and the hotel itself. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
