The staff were excellent and very well informed about what we needed to know. They answered our questions very well. The breakfast was very good. Fresh and tasty. The coffee was superb. Our room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

I truly appreciate the hospitality and extra effort Avani went to, and I wasn’t worried because after just 3 days with them I trusted they would help me. the staff are amazing, they represent Thai hospitality at its best. Pls give my regards to Best, really the best concierge and most helpful staff. I am grateful for a wonderful holiday spent at Avani. Superb 5-star stay; if I could I would give it 6 or 7 stars. My daughter and I loved staying in Bangkok there. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We always felt welcome and safe by the staff. The infinity pool at the top is the star of the show, offering spectacular views of the river as far as the eye can see. Gym is pretty good you feel like you’re running towards the river on the treadmill. Try the breakfast if you can afford it - one of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel also offers tours partnering with other companies so check with the concierge. We went on a private tour to the floating and train market that was excellent.
