This hotel is set in the heart of Kharkiv, a 5-minute walk from the Freedom Square. A seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool with sea water, spa area, fitness centre and gym are available. Polite and attentive personnel, luxurious spa facilities, perfect pool. Restaurant offers fine dishes and good service. Everything went well beyond my expectations. I'd recommend this hotel & spa for anyone who is looking for a nice resort in Kharkiv.

Hotel complex "Misto" is located within 2 km from the center of Kharkov city. The property offers Spa and Wellness center. A children's playground is at the territory of the complex. Traveled from USA to visit our family in Kharkiv. Loved the quality and decor of our 1 bedroom suite. We had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good and quality of food at the restaurant was great. We enjoyed all the spa activities and the pool. Rented an outside cabana near the pool which made our afternoon comfortable. Wait staff was always there to refresh our drinks and food orders. Will not look elsewhere when revisiting the area again next time! Thank you Hotel Misto! :) -Ron & Tetiana Kramer

The facility is located on the 3rd floor of a building in a cul-de-sac off of the main street. It is very quiet and the windows are well insulated. I could not hear the air alarm sirens unless I had the window open which allowed me to sleep in air-conditioned peace. You should use the Alert! app if you feel it necessary to respond to air alarms. The room was spotless and just the right size (I had a single room) for me and had ample storage for my clothes and gear. The clothes washer on the floor was not working, but there was access to one elsewhere on the property. The gates to the cul-de-sac are locked around 10:30pm, so be sure not to get there after or you'll have a problem. Check with the staff to make sure of the time... There was a nice sized fridge in the room allowing me to keep breakfast foods and snacks with no problem. There is an АГБ store in easy walking distance if you need food. The walk to independence square is not bad and there are lots of restaurants along the way. Metro stop within 100m. Highly recommended.
