Set 400 metres from the sea front and the beach La Grande Plage in Biarritz, Au Bon Coin offers a bar, lift, terrace and free WiFi throughout. The location was perfect and the service was exceptional. Such friendly and caring staff who were so welcoming and helpful! Our room was on the top floor. It was charming, quiet, clean and comfortable. For Biarritz, the price was very good especially given the proximity to the beach and the core. It was a 9 minute walk to the market in the morning.

It is surrounded by trees and very quiet as there is no road nearby. 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the train station

What an interesting little hotel. Every inch is fascinating and the hotel is a destination in itself. My room was modern with all amenities you could want or need. One entire wall with a mural of Venice (which bears some resemblance to the homes on the canal in Castres). I believe every room is different but I suspect equally charming. The service was great, I had trouble finding the hotel and they actually came out to find me when I was stuck down the street and didn’t know how to turn my car around :). Highly recommend a stay here!
