The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the Pop Up bar which has a wonderful view of the sunset. The villa has all amenities, everything works as it should and the surroundings are very calm and quiet. It is around a 10 minute walk to the commercial centre which has a large supermarket and a choice of eateries and a bus stop for travel to St Johns. We stayed for a week in February 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed it.JosephSolo traveller

Location was superb as well - patio deck leading straight on to the harbour providing a great view of the sunsetting over the water - idillic! North beach is a short walk and main holly beach is round the other side of the harbour so needs car or having hires golf cart. Many other of the islands best beaches also within short drive.

It has everything you could want and a wide range of comfy furniture on the deck with lots of options for shade. Gavin arranged us a taxi from the airport which worked well and we used him on other days as well. I'd really recommend a stay here and hope we will be back.

The private pool is a good size and the verandah provides lots of outside space for sunbathing/relaxing/dining. The services of both the Estate Manager, Hazel and the driver, Lava could not be faulted. We felt well looked after but without interfering. Close to bus stop and a very nice restaurant is at the bottom of the road. Silvia was so sweet and stopped by with a bottle of wine. We had a chance to meet our neighbors in the other villas and they were just as happy with their stay as we were. We would recommend any of her Villas.

Well, I must say I was so pleased that I even took all my visiting friends on a tour around the villa for how impressed I was and at that price. One or two things I'd suggest to improve but they don't take away from the overall stay. I'll recommend this villa for anyone not looking to spend too much but looking for a great place.JasonSolo traveller
