The property is located right in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and has quick access to the beach. Parking lot is also really close (around 5 minutes walking distance). The property fits 4 people. We appreciated the fact that the property had an iron + iron table. There was a fridge for each floor. The streets around the house are quiet over night. The host was very kind to us when we asked for a late check out (stayed at the property until 5PM, even though we were supposed to leave at 11AM). All around great experience, highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples.

The villa is big and luxurious. It was very clean, and the host was really helpful. However, the pool and the area surrounding transformed the backyard into a private beach, so we spend most of the time during the day there. The back porch was also very comfortable, and the view is gorgeous, so we would often dine at the property. The GYM is very well maintained and I was able to keep up with my training regiment on the vacation. The size of the house was more than enough to accommodate our group without us even feeling each other's presence during the night. We had a great time, and will definitely return again!

The city Sozopol is our favorite, we arrived in a familiar environment. So we chose Villa Burkopolis and it was really a very good choise. Nice host, fully equipped house. Everything we needed for our stay was available.

The whole area is very quiet and calm, with fabulous restaurants and pools. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, with a huge balcony and stunning sea view. Also very well equipped - there was a washing machine, coffee machine etc. And most importantly the host is great - very kind, welcomed and polite. We can't wait to visit this property again!

There’s a veranda since it’s on the ground floor. Another plus is that this place is pet friendly. You have access to several pools in the holiday village, but we didn’t have a chance to try them.
