Very nice villa located in a quiet area inside a resort. The villa suited us very well, 2 adults and 3 children. We also used the private pool a lot more than we thought. It was perfect for the kids to still swim in in the afternoon when we left the beach or one of the area pools. JC is a very good host who really did everything to make us feel comfortable. The first day, JC took us on a short tour so we got to know the local area and Santa Maria, which we appreciated very much. JC also helped us book a full day tour around the island which was also very good. JC responds directly to questions via WhatsApp.

This is a lovely villa in a fabulous location, with its own pool as well as the use of the main hotel pools and other facilities. The beaches were beautiful and also surprisingly quiet; the sea was a bit rough sometimes but our three boys loved it - close supervision required though! The pools and sea were warm enough when we stayed. We opted to stay self catering; Andrew was very helpful with the location of the best supermarket where we stocked up on everything we needed for the villa; and he also gave us some great restaurant recommendations in Santa Maria. The hotel didn’t seem that busy even though it was Easter school holidays, though we didn’t eat in any of the hotel restaurants as there were so many great ones in Santa Maria. Taxis into Santa Maria were easily arranged when we didn’t want to make the 45 minute walk there.

Amazing place to stay. Everything is as described. Private pool was the best! It is small and you can't swim but that wasn't what we needed. For us it was enough. Good place to relax and chill after sunbathing. Good contact with the owner. Fast and easy check-in. We really enjoyed our holidays!

Ohh not sure we're to start . The location is literally few minutes walk from beach. The villa it self is very comfortable and lovely. And you have your own private pool, however if you wish to enjoy bigger pool there is couple more at the complex. Lovey service from start to finish, Magdalena organise the airport pick up ( suggested taxi drivers Edi and Luis was also so helpful, we also used they service tho our holidays). She was reachable if we needed.
