David and Vanessa were super helpful with recommendations of where to go, typical places to eat, and how to get there. The hostel is quirky, and most of all, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend staying at Villa Bonita!

However, they were nice enough to leave me a key box and detailed instructions on how to get in. The hostel is super clean and pretty (especially for how affordable it is). I really love how spacious the room is (I stayed in a 5-bed dorm). In the morning, they helped me plan my trip to Chimborazo and called a taxi. I would've missed the morning bus to Chimborazo without their help. I would highly recommend Villa Bonita to anyone traveling here. Thank you!

They've got everything right that should be right, and nothing wrong that could be wrong. The breakfast alone is worthy of a Michelin star or two. His recommendation of a taxi and driver was spot on. The rooms are comfortable rooms with character, not the kind of sterile rooms you'd expect in a luxury hotel chain. The location is ideal.

Vanessa is very friendly and helpful, she was happy to give us tips on things to do around, and helped us booked our tour. Good location, short drive to the bus terminal. The place is beautiful, kept super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of showers with hot water, and nice patio to meet other people. Fast wifi in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast is included in the price, very nice. Definitely recommend if staying in Riobamba.ConstanceYoung couple

The bedroom was very comfy and there were lots of great facilities （games room, kitchen, multiple bathrooms). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very at home. The staff even prepared a delicious takeaway breakfast for us because we had a 5am start for our hike! This was very thoughhtful and kind. The hostel also felt very clean.
