Everything about this stay was perfect from the villa and complex itself to the local amenities and area. It was very quiet and ideal for families like ourselves. The hosts Theresa was fantastic from her communication with us in the build up to the holiday to the help she gave us whilst there with local tips and advice. The distance to the beach and town were perfect (not too far) which we visited both daily for a change of scenery and keep the little ones entertained. At the bottom of the road to the right is a short walk to Binissafuller beach over a rocky track it's about 5-10 minutes and to the left its around a 15 minute walk to Binibecca where you will find all the restaurants and bars. There's enough there restaurant wise and a few bars for us however if you were a young couple and wanted more of a lively nightlife I'd say it may be a little too quiet. We had everything we wanted from this holiday and will be returning.

Lovely villa with all that one could wish for. Spacious for us four (a bedroom each). Fabulous aircon in the bedrooms once we worked it out! Very helpful agent. Lovely clean pool. Quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. Also close to Binibeca Vell for a visit. Recommend a hire car, and a trip to Fornells and Ciutadella. Great food and beach at Punta Prima too 😎

space and location. the hosts 3 villas were fantastic. correspondence was excellent. we asked for a late check out and was easy to arrange and pay for. I would recommend the villa and host to friends. Also there is a very nice Thai restaurant close by
