Everything was perfect. Real bonus is the property accepts dogs. Really lovely touch was when I checked in, there was a pack of dog treats on the table with a few other welcome snacks. Other places we’ve stayed at have never done that.

We stayed for 2 nights in May. Loved it. So welcoming and clean. What a beautiful home. Everything was there that we needed. Beds were really comfy. Thank you to the owner for his help and information pack. Beach is 5 mins walk.Highly recommend you go to Anderby Beach Cafe for breakfast. Fabulous stay.Gorgeous weather.

loved every aspect of it. clean, comfortable and had everything we needed as a family for a weeks stay. washer, dryer, dishwasher etc, location is fantastic for getting to the beach and all the arcades or even better if you don’t want to go anywhere! if you need internet access take a dongle with you!

We met Kim when we first arrived and she advised us of some places to get food. The welcome package was greatly appreciated. My husband went fishing at the nearby pond and caught some small carp, roach and rudd. A lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by.

Such hospitality, attention to detail, availability of the owners to resolve any issues is very rare in holiday rents...but achieved by David, his partner and team of people who look after the property. The welcome pack is incredible...better than most 4 star hotels which we have visited.
