The apartment was exactly as described and effortlessly accommodated the six of us in comfort. Everything needed for our stay was provided and the three bathrooms were particularly appreciated. Bedding and equipment is top quality and it was a treat to have a view of snow-capped Cairn Gorm and Ben Macdui in the mornings. There is a lift to the second floor. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aviemore.

Very much a home from home, with an extremely well resourced kitchen, lovely accessories around the home, excellent central heating and bathrooms. Highly recommend. Fabulous owner who answered any questions via message within a few minutes. Free WiFi too!

    Good location, perfect for a night to refresh after being in a campervan. This isn’t a luxury hotel so we didn’t expect much and with it being a family hotel you have lots of children around and the pool was busy as it was half term but we knew this before booking so wasn’t an issue for us.

    One of the last Victorian villas on the street - this is the best guest house I have stayed in along the Spey Valley. Outstanding facilities and friendly staff - if only there were more like this…

    The villas are great size, three en suite bedrooms, one of which twin, which was great for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped, although only microwave, no oven, as others have said. Tea/coffee provided, cleaning products too.

    We had booked a chalet for our stay, but upon check in we got told we were in one of their villas. A nice surprise when we got in. A huge 2 story villa with fantastic views. Although the villa is a little dated it was clean and very comfortable. This villa slept 6 but with just the 3 of us it was huge. Great space to put our mountain bikes and the heaters were great as the weather was cool.
