Lovely cottage in a quiet village with access to fields and walks from the cottage. Exceptionally well kitted kitchen. There is a separate toilet as well as the bathroom which proved useful. The 2 double rooms are downstairs and the twin room upstairs but separated from the living area by the stairs. The layout worked really well for us. It's possible to walk to the local pub (about 10 mins) but it's a climb coming back, although worth it! Wifi was very good. We didn't use the TV.

We got a room upgrade when we checked in which was a lovely surprise! The staff were very helpful and recommended Sam's restaurant down in the village, which we had already booked a table for. The facilities are excellent, we used the games room and the indoor pool, could have been slightly warmer, but minor issue, and didn't take away from our fantastic stay!
