Everything! It was the loveliest and most comfortable house we ever had in holiday. Every room was - as our danish friends say: hygge. That means home, made with love, relaxing, beautiful. We slept very good in the soft beds. The bathrooms were luxury and extremely clean. The kitchen is with much place and there was everything you need to cook. There was a welcome basket for us with cookies, wine, chips and jam. That did not live very long. Delicious! And the AGA. Yay, I never cooked with an AGA before. It was a exciting experience. Everything was ready so fast and delicious. Unfortunately there is no space for an AGA in my home kitchen. And on the terrace stands the hot tub. We looooooved it. After a 12 miles walk a quick shower and then into this wonder of comfort! Everything was wonderful. I miss this wonderful place already! Thank you so much!

A lovely cabin with everything we needed for our week long stay. Everything was as pictured and described. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the falls of dochart and with nice cafes and a few pubs within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely lovely and provided us with a comprehensive guide to the area and suggested things to do. We could not have felt more welcome, especially our dog!

Killin is an absolutely beautiful wee town, well situated for walks but also near enough to bigger towns and cities if needed. I can imagine the garden area is beautiful in the summer, but as it was we appreciated the warm fire and cosy rooms.

It’s a lovely older home that will take you back in time. The view of Loch Tay is wonderful. The owners were lovely and you are truly renting a home. Bring food, drinks and whatever you will need to consume or wash with. But they have the rest.

The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was hot and powerful and the beds very comfortable. The porch was great for storage and dog feeding. We made limited use of the garden room and garden due to the time of year, but these would be lovely in the summer. Killin was a great centre for walking, with a good range of facilities in the village.
